What I've Learned in Language Arts
We also discussed how to use words in a sentence, properly. For example “What am I going to where?”…The proper way is “What am I going to wear?” .And how to spell words correctly. Also the Vocabulary word rules.
In Language Arts our teacher really makes us look out beyond what the media puts out.And a lot of times is an eye opener.Especially with our latest assignment with the 9/11 video my heart felt like it stopped.I was so shocked (Especially since I was in the NYC at that time) but I couldn’t stop watching it took a while for it to settle in.The most shocking was they had so much proof to back it up. I think that’s so we can have a real version of what's really going on for our writings.

Also how we can learn how to use the algebraic problems in everyday life. For example if a fashion designer makes at least $1,200 per gown so: $1,200z=12,000 she would have to have sold 10 gowns

Candace Amanirenas was one of the greatest queens of Meriotic history. Her name “Candace” is pronounced “Kandake”. "Candace" was a Meroitic queen’s title that probably meant "First Royal Wife." The Meroïtic time period was when they used the Meriotic script which was used in the Kingdom of Kush, from the 2nd century BCE onwards until the 5th century CE, in an area of the Nile Valley stretching from Philae in Nubia to near Khartoum in Sudan. The form of this script was borrowed from Egyptians.
In Southeast Asia at the same time……. Highly stratified societies evolve, some with moated central palaces, and all characterized by the use of iron for warfare and agricultural productivity and the choice of bronze for regalia and adornment. The widespread distribution of bronze goods suggests that vessels and ornaments of the metal were exchanged between regional elites for the purposes of alliance and intermarriage. The Dongson culture, named after a site on the coast south of present-day Hanoi, flourishes in northern Vietnam. Large drums with tympanum and sides decorated in low-relief figures and geometric designs are the most distinctive implements produced by the culture, which is also noted for its bronze vessels and ceremonial weapons. Examples of the drums, imported and made locally, have been found in South China and throughout mainland and island Southeast Asia.
